700 Mhz C-Block Spectrum Officially Open Access
The minimum bid of $4.6 billion needed to trigger an open-access requirement of the C-block of 700Mhz spectrum was accepted Thursday, therefore it now must have open-access.
As of today the 700 MHz auction has brought in nearly $17 billion well above expectations.
