iPhone Price Drops and Out Web Store Sells Out

First it was reported Apple lowered the price of the 8GB iPhone from $599 to $399 and dropped the 4GB iPhone model altogether.

Then its online store ran out of iPhones, giving rise to rumors that a new improved iPhone is due out soon.
