  1. Apple iPhone 3G (8GB model)
  2. Research In Motion’s BlackBerry 8100 Pearl
  3. Motorola Q
  4. Samsung BlackJack II SGH-i617
  5. Samsung BlackJack SGH-i607

AT&T is the top carrier for smartphone growth, helped by sales of the iPhone 3G.
