AT&T to Offer Android Hero and Lancaster/Memphis

Chinese newspaper, Economic Daily News, reported that HTC will unveil the Google Android Hero on Juune 24 in London .

AT&T will have an exclusive selling deal for HTC Hero for six months.. EDN reported there will be two versions of the Hero one with a QWERTY keyboard and one withou. That the keyboard Android smarthone will be called HTC Memphis or HTC Lancaster.

Engadget  previously reported that AT&T may launch an HTC-made phone, dubbed Lancaster, with  850/1900 MHz HSPA support, a full Qwerty keyboard, 3-megapixel camera and a "unique HTC social messaging user interface." 

HTC is expected to reveal multiple Android phones this year including the HTC Magic / T-Mobile G2, Sapphire .
