BlackBerry Storm Clone without BarackBerry Security?

What looks like a BlackBerry Storm 9500, sort of looks like a BarackBerry and will never be endorsed by the United States' President, Barack Obama?

It's the BlockBerry 9500. It looks like the BlackBerry Storm  and the Windows smartphone's spokesmodel in an ad in China is none-other-than the President Barack Obama. No wait it's got to be clones.  China phone producer haff-comm's slogan says, "Obama has BlackBerry, I have BlockBerry."

The BlockBerry 9500 which wouldn't pass trademark infringement for the BlackBerry Storm in the United States or Canada,  has a 460MHZ proccessor,  3.2 inch touchscreen, WI0FI and Bluetooth connectivity,GPS supports 3G and EDGE networks.

There are more problems with the ad than the obvious, of course Obama doesn't use a BlockBerry, but uses a QWERTY BlackBerry World smartphone with special security features which the press refers to as the BarackBerry.
