Late last year Skype for iPhone added the ability for video chat. It has been updated again to include wider video calling to Skype users.
The Skype for iPhone app added the H.264 format. Adding the H.264 format allowed iPhone Skypers to Skype to interconnected TVs from
Samsung and Panasonic, as well as computers and other connected devices
like Blu-ray players.

your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, and it works over both Wi-Fi and 3G
connections.
