HTC Windows Phone News: HTC Trophy Verizon Release Date May 26 Free Xbox Game

May 26 is a major release day for Verizon.  Besides the Droid X2 and Sony Xperia Play, it is now official that Verizon will start offering the HTC Trophy on the same day. 

The HTC Trophy is the first Windows Phone 7 smartphone from Verizon Wireless. 

Windows Phones have Xbox-gaming features.  To illustrate this feature, Verizon and Microsoft are offering a free Xbox game to buyers of the HTC Trophy before July 15.

The Verizon HTC Trophy features include a 3.8-inch (480 x 800)
touchscreen, a 1GHz Snapdragon (QSD8250) processor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth,
GPS, FM radio, global connectivity and a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash. 

Xbox LIVE users can sync directly with Xbox LIVE mobile to access
their avatar, profile and gamer score to keep track of their wins

If you buy the HTC Trophy before July 15, you get a free Xbox 360 console game. 
Game enthusiasts can choose from Halo: Reach, Kinect Sports and Lode
Runner - up to a $60 value.

Windows Phones feature Microsoft integration that allows users to view and edit Microsoft Office documents, including Excel, Word and
PowerPoint with the Office Hub and data access on SharePoint servers.

The HTC Trophy will go on sale online May 26, and in Verizon Wireless Communication Stores on June 2, for
$149.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and with a new two-year customer
agreement.
