HTC Sensation 4G rated 4 out of 5 by Wireless and Mobile News' Review of Reviews
The reviews of the HTC Sensation 4G have all been sensational. Every reviewer we reviewed gave it Editor's Choice. They raved about the dual-core processor, fast web speeds, intuitive HTC Sense and beautiful design. Overall photo and video quality was considered good. Battery life was well-rated.
Some reviewers didn't like the limited storage on board, weak speakers, glitches in 1080p video recording and lack of voice dialing over Bluetooth.
Data speeds and benchmark tests were very good for the HTC Sensation 4G but not as good as the T-Mobile G2x. Voice quality was good and decent.
With all the Editors choosing the HTC Sensation 4G, the choice
is still yours to see if you like the look and feel of the this super
smartphone. Many prefer the HTC Sense interface that takes care of a lot

The HTC Sensation 4G
has a 4.3-inch qHD (960 x 540) touchscreen
(16:9 aspect ratio), a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor,
an 8-megapixel camera
with 1080 video capture, 1GB of internal storage, microSD slot, 768MB
of RAM, a 1520 mAh battery, FM radio, GPS, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi audio and
Bluetooth.
For video viewing, it offers DLNA support and a micro-USB port that can
be adapted to HDMI. There is a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It
is one of the many Dynamic Dual-Cores of the summer of 2011.
The HTC Sensation 4G costs $199 with a contract from T-Mobile. The official release date is June 15, but it is available at Walmart on June 12.

Sascha Segan at PCMag rated the HTC Sensation 4G 4 out of 5 and gave it Editor's Choice for its beautiful touchscreen, great web browsing performance, good looks and HTC Sense UI. He called it T-Mobile's best and biggest smartphone yet. He didn't like that 1080p video recording had glitches and the lack of voice dialing over Bluetooh. Call quality was average and battery life good. Wi-Fi calls. Download speeds ranged from 4.3Mbps to 6.5Mbps and uploads in the 800kbps-1Mbps range. Benchmark tests were great for web browsing. He thought the quality of the front facing camera was poor. Music and video playback were excellent.
Bonnie Cha at CNET rated the HTC Sensation 4G 4 out of 5 and gave it Editor's Choice for high quality design, 4.3" qHD touchscreen, 1.2 GHz dual-core process, 8MP camera and HTC Sense. She ddin't like the lack of internal storage (4GB with only 1GB available to user) and week speakers describing her experience as "love at first sight." The loved the feel of it and 16:9 (540x960) Super LCD touchscreen. Photo quality was quite good and video quality was pretty decent at 1080p. Call quality was good. It can only download data as fast up to 14.4Mbps.down while the Samsung Galaxy S 4G can achieve data up to 21Mps. Battery life was great. The Qualcomm dual-core 1.2GHz processor offers better applications, multimedia, and graphics performance. She concludes with the statement that the HTC Sensation 4G most definitely lives up to its name.
