HTC Rezound (Vigor) vs Droid Razor-3 R's: "Reviewed Right Reasons" for Best Choice & Deals

It you are a Verizon customer it is tough choice to choose the HTC Rezound or the Droid RAZR. Both names start with the letter "R" and have their own three R's to be your Verizon Wireless 4G LTE smartphone choice.

On Sunday we showed all the best features of the Droid RAZR.  Let's look at the best features of the HTC Rezound.  The previous video we reviewed showed a preference for the HTC Rezound.  The video we reviewed today favored the Droid RAZR.

These two smartphones are so close in specs, it winds up being a subjective choice.  he good news that are priced the same and we found some great deals for both and Verzion doubled the amount of 4G LTE data for the price.

  • The HTC Sense lockscreen has previews of quick access to apps.
  • Video is gorgeous rockets into new Galaxy with the screen is better than the Droid RAZR.
  • HTC Sense Browser has pinch to zoom and tabs. There is a preview when browsing on the HTC Rezound. The browsers is very responsive.
  • There is an edge on the Rezound which and its thicker which makes it easier to hold than the RAZR.
  • There is a  better still camera on the Rezound.If you are about display and music the HTC Rezound is for you.
HTC Rezound Cons:
  • Aaron showed a little bit of lag from HTC Sense
  • Onscreen typing on the  HTC Rezound is slightly harder.
  • Call quality is good on both, but call quality is better on the Droid RAZR.
  • Benchmarks show slighty better results for the RAZR but close.

 

Pros of Droid RAZR:

  • Aaron says that there is less lag on the RAZR
  • You get NFL mobile for free The RAZR is so thin its hard to hold.
  • The Super AMOLED touchscreen looks great. Mutli-touch typing is very easy.
  • Widgets are customizable and sizable.
  • Motorola Droid RAZR has better video recording and Google Music playback.
  • Better battery life.

 

Cons of Droid RAZR:

  •  Motorola scrolls differently for different screens which can be confusing.

  • The RAZR is so thin its hard to hold.
