AUTO Connected Car News Ed Donates to Children with Hair Loss Tweets with Samsung Galaxy S4 GS4

lynnverticalhair2We at WiMo News are pleased to announced that our editor Lynn Walford who currently devotes most of her time now to AUTO Connected Car News is donating her hair to CWHL to help Children with Hair Loss. She chronicled her hair redux with a Samsung Galaxy S4.

She chose CWHL because they will accept hair that has gray and hahariseparatedcroppeds been colored. Other hair donation charities will only accept virgin hair without color of only 5% gray.

"My hair is not perfect but will make a young person who does not have hair look more natural," said Walford also was pleased that the ECCO salon @eccohairstudio on Instagram will cut hair for free for those who donate their hair.

"There are many diseases that cause hair loss, I am grateful that I have been given the gift of a full head of hair," she said "I've been so busy following the wireless space for Wireless and Mobile New and then working this year on AUTO Connected Car News, Tech Hive Car Tech and Automotive IT News, I haven't even had time to think about my hair"

When asked how long did it take to grow all that hair, Walford responded, "Let's see, I've been a freelance writer now for over twenty years. All that thinking and writing must have stimulated my hair follicles." Walford also noted that taking the Chinese patent medicine Shou Wu Pian an herb called  fo-ti that increases hair growth and prevents graying, has helped her keep her hair stay full.

She liked that CHWL offers instructions to cut the hair into five sections giving her hairdresser the ability to leave more hair evenly after the hair is cut from rubber bands.

In the quest to find the best way to donate hair, Walford discovered that her hair weighed four ounces. She realize that it was easy to use Paypal/shipnow to create a mailing label with tracking to make sure that the donation will arrive safely at CHWL headquarters.

hairinpackageWe have found that the Samsung Galaxy S4 generally makes colors a tad lighter than in person.

We realized afterwards that it would have been better to either use a flash or put her hair against lighter background to see it in the photograph.

Ms. Walford discovered that Children With Hair Loss has a special founder, Regina Villemure whom she will write about for Wireless and Mobile News because it is such a very good cause.
