The Samsung Galaxy Nexus was promised for other carriers when it was announced, however, Verizon Wireless customers got first dibs on the Android 4.0 powerhouse. Sprint started advertising its own Galaxy Nexus on CNET.
The ad states, "Introducing Galaxy Nexus, the first 4G LTE phone from Sprint." The Sprint version will have a more powerful processor than the Verizon version. The Sprint Nexus has 1.5GHz processor while the top ten best smartphone winner the Verizon Galaxy Nexus has a 1.2GHz processor. The Galaxy Nexus is the first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone.
