ToneMaker with Voice is the #1 user-generated content (UGC)
ringtone application on major U.S. carriers and now enables iPhone
users to create original iPhone ringtones using a wide selection of
music tracks in various genres -- hip-hop, rock, reggaeton, pop,
country, electronic and more -- while recording and mixing in their own
voices on top of the tracks. ToneMaker has been previously available
exclusively on Verizon Wireless, where its tremendous success has made
it the leading UGC ringtone application in the U.S.
ToneMaker iPhone application vastly expands the number of carriers that
will enable personalized ringtones, including AT&T Wireless in the
U.S. Personalized ringtones are growing overall as a share of the

Sonic Boom has optimized the design of ToneMaker for
the iPhone, taking advantage of the larger touchscreen interface and
its crystal clear voice recording.
"The iPhone is the ideal
community for ToneMaker with Voice, as it is the leading edge of the
mobile social media market for which we are developing new, innovative
applications," said David Danon, CEO of Sonic Boom.  "The iPhone's

ToneMaker with Voice is an easy-to-use mobile music
mixing application that requires no music knowledge. A new mix is
automatically created once a user chooses a music style. Using a
friendly, four-track GUI on the touch-screen of the iPhone, users can
change parts - drums, bass, lead, and rhythm - to create their
personalized music and ringtone. Users can mix genres, change tempos,
and control tracks - including celebrity loops from major artists -
individually through advanced mixing features.  The Producers Lounge
community enables users to share, remix, and download other users'
tones, and rate them.
"The iPhone offers another spur to the
personalized mobile content market; consumers increasingly are able to
create their own ringtones. The price disparity compared to a full
track download is also a growing factor in this expanding
personalization revolution," according to Frank Dickson, Chief Research
Officer with MultiMedia Intelligence.
Sonic Boom recently
expanded its business to include online and social extensions of its
successful mobile products, which have consistently appeared on the Top
10 lists of U.S. Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers for the past four years,
including the award-winning ToneMaker® and Wallpaper MakerTM on Verizon Wireless, and 'Name That Tune'® on AT&T Mobility, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless.
