Visteon will demonstrate new connected car features for connected audio/infotainment and instrumentation at CES International in Las Vegas.
- Visteon's HMeye cockpit UI is controlled by eye gaze and head direction data with image attribute tracking. Controls are on the steering wheel letting the driver to focus on the road.
- Visteon's Horizon Cockpit uses gesture recognition to control it via an advanced camera/mirror system showing a copy of the virtual hand on the cockpit's display.
- Visteon's OASIS concept (Optimized, Adaptable, Secure, Intelligent and Seamless) connectivity is a secure way to connect to the cloud.
Visteon's new connected cockpit was developed in partnership with Renault.
