Wi-Fi Call Update for Samsung Galaxy Mega & Samsung Galaxy S 4 mini from Sprint

Galaxy-MegaSprint announced that the Samsung Galaxy Mega and Samsung Galaxy S 4 Mini will be able to use Wi-Fi calling after an over-the-air update. Wi-Fi calling  lets customers use their voice and messaging services over  home, office and public Wi-Fi networks. With Wi-Fi Calling, you can get improved voice, data and messaging services in locations that have limited or no mobile network coverage. All domestic calling and messaging is free (standard CDMA international rates apply for international calls).

The software update notification will be pushed automatically to these customers during the next few weeks. Sprint plans to expand Wi-Fi calling to additional devices in 2014.

  1. I really like the latest version of the mobile site. I browse this site on my iPhone and I find it extremely responsive, perfect font sizes, and a nice columns layout which makes it easy to browse the articles by scrolling downward. I also find the amount of content on the home page for each article is an excellent balance between detailed and light.
