Metro PCS has simplified its plans recently, offers some new music and smartphones. During its purple tag clearance sale some smartphones are reduced as much as $100.
MetroPCS calls the smartphone plans newly simplified at $40 and $50 and a month for unlimited talk, text and some 4G LTE data with the lower price plans. After the data limit is reached on each plan the data speeds are reduced for the rest of month. T Unlimited data comes with $60 smartphone. The $40 plan comes with 500MB, 2.5GB data for the $50 plan.

MetroPCS customers can also now pay an extra five dollars per month to stream as many on-demand tunes they like from the Rhapsody music service.
