Handango is open to developers of Android applications. Developers can can start as early as October 1st. There 3 ways to distribute apps:

1. Give it away for free
2. Sell it for a one-time purchase fee
3. Set it up as a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription fee

Depending on volume, content providers keep 50-70% of the suggested retail price that they provide, less any transaction costs that might occur.
