Marvel Entertainment International announced that it has
partnered with Campfire A/S, to adapt Marvel's comic books for
mobile devices. Through Campfire's trademark CATOOZ system, Marvel
comics will be available as a brand new content for mobile phone users
and will feature new interactive technologies to view Marvel's
legendary series.
Campfire A/S will transform Marvel's comics into
fully featured mobile entertainment content, enriched with cinematic
sound, effects and animated speech bubbles. Marvel's mobile offering
will initially be available in Scandinavia, Austria, Switzerland and
Germany, and will ultimately be available throughout Europe.
