iBreath is a full breathalyzer, and an FM transmitter that wirelessly sends iPod tunes to FM radios.

"Young people may not listen to parents or party hosts, but do listen to their iPods," says Don Bassler,
David Steele Enterprises Founder and CEO, "Parents who have given the iBreath to family members confirm that iBreath users are more aware of their alcohol consumption and when they should not drive. It is also a great holiday gift."

To test alcohol levels, the user pulls out the blow wand and exhales into it
for at least 5 seconds. Seconds later, the iBreath lets users know if they're within the legal limit to drive. It also
contains a timer that can be set from 1 minute up to 8 hours in order
to remind users when to test again.

When
we talked to Don Bassler, he said that it will ship in time for
Christmas. He has been working on the development of the iBreath for
over a year. The iBreath costs $79.00 and also works with iPhone or iPhone 3G although it is not an officially iPhone compatible product.

The iBreath
connects to the 30 pin connector at the bottom of the iPod or iPhone.
They also supply a 12 volt cord that connect to the auto accessory plug.
