Gearlog's Sascha Segan spoke with at AT&T's Mark Siegel who confirmed
"unlimited is unlimited," there will be no soft caps or warnings for iPad users who pay for the AT&T $29.99 unlimited data plan.
Siegel noted that he
expects iPad users to spend a lot of time in Wi-Fi hotspots (AT&T's own hotspots are free.) He told Seagan that the crazy
outliers who stream data all the time won't be penalized.

the fine print for data plans that max out after so many megabytes.

as $28000 and have generated
lawsuits.
