The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will have to be removed from sale throughout Europe due to a judgment in a German court.
The Regional Court of Dusseldorf granted Apple a preliminary injunction against the sale and marketing of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 across all of Europe except the Netherlands.
Samsung can appeal the injunction but in the meantime can not sell the tablets.
In the United States, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has gotten great reviews especially for the Verizon Wireless 4G model. Verizon Wireless is encouraging buyers of smartphones to also buy a tablet such as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, Motorola Xoom or iPad 2 $50 off as well as a savings of up to $35 with free activation.
