Some are calling it a round version of the Droid RAZR, whatever you call it, Motorola finally revealed the Motorola Atrix HD on its website and then pulled it from view. This is the device formerly known as Dinara.
Features include 4.5" 1280 x 72op touchscreen, 8MP , 8GB internal storage, 1780mAh battery, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, front-facing camera and 1780mAh battery. Like the Droid RAZR, it showed Kevlar textured back case. The Motorola Atrix HD will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It looks like it will come in white like the Droid RAZR and reportedly Titanium (silver).
Under the hood there is also GSM, UMTS, LTE and HSDPA+, GPS , A-GPS , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspots, USB port and HDMI out port.
Some contend that when something pops up on a website, a release date is coming soon as early as July 22. It went through the FCC around mid June and many smartphones are released about a month or more after FCC approval. The original Motorola Atrix won many awards. It will be offered by AT&T and with 4G LTE access.
The nice thing about Motorola, now is that it is owned by Google and it update the Android software for its phones fairly quickly, provided the carrier doesn't slow things down.
Motorola has good technical support, forums and video demonstrations.
