Verizon and Motorola announced the Droid MAXX, Droid Ultra and Droid mini.  The software is pretty much the same across the family of devices, the little differences will help you decide which member of the new Droid family you want to buy.

Droid Ultra Specs Leaked with MAXX, Mini RAZR-Thin

The Droid Ultra (XT1080) stays with the original Droid styling like the Droid RAZR HD and has grown in size and will be offered by Verizon Wireless, a new leak suggests. There are also new photos and hints at features.

Evleaks reported that it will feature a 5" touchscreen Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, Kevlar backing and Droid branding. Color choices will be red, black or white. It was previously reported to be ultra thin.
