GPS EV-DO BlackBerry Curve Available from Verizon in May

blackberry-curve-8830-side.jpgRIM and Verizon Wireless announced the BlackBerry Curve 8330 - a robust, lightweight device backed by Verizon Wireless’ EV-DO network. The BlackBerry Curve 8330 will be available through Verizon Wireless in May.

The BlackBerry Curve 8330 features advanced multimedia capabilities, premium phone features, a rapid HTML browser and support for VZ Navigator, Verizon Wireless’ location-based GPS service. The smartphone is supported by the renowned BlackBerry e-mail solution, giving customers access to up to 10 supported personal and corporate e-mail accounts, including most popular ISP e-mail accounts. It is also supported by the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for enterprise deployments and BlackBerry Professional Software for small businesses, enabling advanced security and IT administration within business e-mail environments.
