Microsoft My Phone Beta Syncs Contacts, Calendars and Photos
Microsoft has officially announced its wireless cloud web service My Phone Beta that syncs contacts and stores up to 200 megabytes of data for free for Windows Mobile Phones (version 6 and higher.) Data charges apply.Microsoft first, launched it by mistake which bloggers found, now they are saying it will be launched via private invitation-only beta at Mobile World Congress.
The Microsoft statement noted, "Today, Microsoft's My Phone Web site went live prior to its scheduled debut. However, we are excited about the new Microsoft My Phone service, which will be available as a limited, invite-only beta."
My Phone allows users to back up phone information to a password-protected web site. Therfore if your phone is lost or stolen, or if you upgrade to a new phone, you can easily restore the contacts, calendar appointments, photos, and other information that you stored on My Phone to a compatible new or replacement phone.
Users can access and update contacts and appointments on the web

Microsoft My Phone makes it easy to view
photos on your computer that were taken with your camera phone. From
your web account, you can save photos to your computer or can e-mail
them to family and friends.
If users store contacts on the SIM card provided by your mobile operator, My Phone will not synchronize these contacts.
