The
BlackBerry Application StoreFront is now accepting applications for vendors in their store. Before an application for a
BlackBerry app will be accepted developers must submit a vendor application for a vendor account.
In order to create a vendor account the applicant must complete the following on the BlackBerry application
storefront vendor portal and:
- Agree to the Developer Application Evaluation Agreement.
- Enter personal contact information.
- Enter company contact information.
- Associate a PayPal account with the Vendor account.
Applicants must have a Verified
PayPal account in order to participate in the BlackBerry Application
Storefront. A PayPal account is required for both consumer purchases
and payments back to Vendors. We reported yesterday that
PayPal will provide all payment transactions for the
BlackBerry Application StoreFront.
