Samsung Galaxy Note T-Mobile - Phabulous Phablet Release Date Coming Soon

Samsung Galaxy NoteRecently, a review unit of the Samsung Galaxy Note arrived.  We are planning on writing an entire article using the device.  So far, the handwriting recognition has been better than the original Palm Pilot and Pocket PC.  It does have a few quirks that we are working through but we are finding it is faster than using the touch keyboard.

For those of you who want that phabulous phablet and prefer the T-Mobile network. The official T-Mobile website is showing the Samsung Galaxy Note(SGH-T879)  as coming soon which means the release date should also be soon.

The delay or this version of the Samsung Galaxy Note appears to have been for the update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Features include a dual core 1.5 GHz processor, 5.3" screen, stylus, 8 GB camera, front camera and HSPA+ capabilities.

With S Memo, Galaxy Note users have one-touch access to creating a typewritten, handwritten or voice dictated memo; researching information during creation; and adding an image. An added features is that is SAFE (Samsung Approved for Enterprise.

Wi-Fi calling will be available on the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note. Wi-Fi calling does voice minutes but is very handy indoors where there may not be a strong voice signal.

 More than 208 million phablets, like the Samsung Galaxy Note, will be shipped globally in 2015, predicted ABI Research.

Online retailer prices have dropped for the Note.  The best price we can find is $199.99 from Amazon Wireless for the Samsung Galaxy Note, the tablet/phone on the AT&T network.
The Samsung Galaxy Note is so big it can used by an elephant.  It is green-certified.

  2. The best part of the Samsung Galaxy Note is web surfing I can't believe how fast AT&T 4G LTE is. Sometimes it looks faster than my computer.
