Google has changed its main search page in turn changed its mobile search pages/style for Android and iphone.
Now at
Google.com from your iPhone or Android smartphone, you
can now tap on the button to the left of the search box on the results
page to see a new search options menu that includes everything, news, products, updates and time slots.
Then, you can choose from the
menu tol refine your search. For example, if you are looking for
recent results for "Mother's day gift,"tap the "Past week"
option.
Queries can be refined to include or not include news, products or update. Users can also sort results by time frames such as latest, past week, past year or date range. You can also choose standard results.
The web-based Google search now has left-handed options too.
Verizon cell phone owners are automatically sent to Bing for their searches.
