New TeeVee reports that RIM is expected to announce full-episode mobile TV for BlackBerry smartphones, next week at CTIA.

They claim Rim will offer a monthly subscriptions service with unlimited content form broadcast and cable networks.

The service will use Wi-Fi for downloading, therefore it would not work for all BlackBerry smartphones like the Storm or Niagara.

RIM would not comment on the story and does not comment on announcements that have not been made yet.
