• Voice Search: The app utilizes Android's voice search technology enabling users to search for homes simply by saying an address, neighborhood or city.
• Find Homes for Sale or Rent: In addition to Zestimates and data on 95 million homes, users can find over four million homes for sale, over 65,000 homes for rent, 154,000 Make Me Move listings, and homes that have recently sold. Home shoppers can also set filters to simultaneously search both for sale and for rent homes based on a price range they can afford.
• Home Details: Multiple photos, home details, and contact information on homes for sale, for rent or listed as Make Me Move, allowing home shoppers to peek inside home listings and call or email agents, owners and landlords right from the app.
• Filter Searches: Shoppers can filter their home searches by sale price, rental price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and listing type (for-sale, for-rent, Make Me Move and recently sold).
• View Homes Curbside: The app uses Google Street View, allowing users to view the home and its surroundings as if they were on the curb.
• Real-time Data: All data is updated in real-time with new for sale and for rent listings data every day.

The Zillow Android App is free to download from the Android Market. Search for "Zillow" in the market, or find it in the Lifestyle category. The Android Market is only available on mobile devices that are on the Android platform.
